School Admission Information

Registration for New Students starts on – February 1st, 2016 Registration for Current RAIS Students ends on – February 1st, 2016. Rowad AlKhaleej International School will also accept students throughout the school year 2015 - 2016. Registration inquiries are always welcome, however RAIS does not reserve seating unless full tuition is paid and all student records are on file with the school.
Admission of students to Rowad AlKhaleej International Schools is subject to the approval of the administration and to meet the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education. Grade placement is determined by previous school transcripts, age and placement test.
Rowad AlKhaleej International Schools seeks to make the most appropriate grade placement for each student based on his or her age as well as academic and social/emotional development within the school’s established guidelines.

English Language Proficiency
In order for students to fully participate in the school’s instructional programs, students are required to have English language proficiency on the grade level they are registering. All students will be required to sit a placement exam.
The following application documents are required before an application can be processed
  • Admission form to be completed with registrar if not type written by parent
  • Confidential School Report form (Completed by a designated official from your child’s current/previous school)
  • Copies of any standardized test scores if available
  • Transcripts, report card and test scores of previous school experience
  • Completed registration documents
    (Birth Certificate - Family ID - Vaccination Certificate - 4 pitures - any previous School Certificate )
  • Non-Saudis please include students passport, iquama and a letter from the parent employer.
All documents must be provided in English. Rowad AlKhaleej International Schools may request certification of translation from the consulate of the country in which the student last attended school to meet admission requirements. These documents may be sent by email or faxed, however the originals must be provided upon arrival at the school. All applications will be prioritized by date of completed application. The same priorities apply to placement on a waiting list, if this becomes necessary
The application form is to be type written. We cannot accept handwritten application For admission forms. If you need assistance completing the form, the registrar will be happy to assist.
